The second day of the True Lit Festival brought national-award winning author and MacArthur Fellow Gene Luen Yang to the FHS Performing Arts Center to speak to all eighth and ninth-grade students. Mr. Yang also led two writing workshops for select groups of students. Special thanks to the Fayetteville Public Education Foundation and the Fayetteville Public Library for bringing Mr. Yang to speak to our students for the Blair Lecture Series.
